Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your motorbike parts, we offer returns within fourteen days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer law.
Eligibility for returns. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. If your product has a security seal, it must be returned with the seal completely intact and untampered with. If the seal has been broken, we cannot process a refund.
Return shipping costs. If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase and the product you received is correct and undamaged, you’ll need to cover the cost of returning the item to us. However, if the product is faulty or damaged, or if we’ve sent you the wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
How to request a return. To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a returns address and any additional instructions. Refunds. Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within thirty days.
This should cover the product cost, but remember that you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the fault is ours. Exceptions. Items that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded. Faulty or damaged products will be assessed on a case by case basis.
