Shipping policy

Dispatch Times Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 2pm are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

UK Delivery Options & Costs

• Orders under £25: £3.80 tracked delivery (£4.60 for HiFlo Filter products)
• Orders over £25: Free tracked delivery

Estimated Delivery Times 24 tracked delivery typically arrives within 1-2 working days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Out-of-Stock Items If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we'll contact you by email within 1 working day to advise on availability or offer an alternative. You'll never be charged for an item we can't fulfil.
